On-boarding process

We perform strict customer due diligence(CDD) practices to prevent money laundering and financial terrorism risks, and other illegal issues.

• Customer fills in the application form.
• Customer provides all documents listed in the appendix of the application form.
• Upon receipt of all documents, Manual-Arts conduct a review, independent checks and screening.
• Manual-Arts conducts a video meeting to confirm applicant identity.
• If the applicant passes CDD, customer and Manual-Arts will sign a service agreement.
